Austin Houser is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and founder who teaches leaders how to act when the path forward isn’t clear.
Austin Houser is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and active founder and CEO. He was weeks into building a new company when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and he led through surgery, complications, and a long recovery without pausing the business. One of his companies has since been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies at No. 413. Austin’s talks and coaching give leaders practical tools for making the next right move without waiting for certainty. His first book, Tools for the Unknown: A Problem-Solver’s Field Guide, is coming soon.
Austin Houser is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and the founder and CEO of companies he still runs today. He didn’t learn leadership in a classroom. Weeks after starting a new company, and with everything bet on it, he woke up to a diagnosis: a brain tumor, sitting in about the worst place a tumor can sit. The surgeons’ instructions were to fly out for the operation and not book a return flight.
Every instinct said to pause until he knew how it would end. Certainty never came, so he chose to act instead: an operation, complications that nearly took everything, and a long road back, all while keeping a brand-new company alive. That season is where everything he teaches comes from. One of those companies has since been named to the Inc. 5000 at No. 413.
Today Austin speaks to conventions, leadership summits, and executive teams on problem-solving, readiness, leading without being needed, and scaling at the speed of AI, and he coaches executives one on one. His first book, Tools for the Unknown: A Problem-Solver’s Field Guide, is coming soon. His line for all of it: action over certainty, progress over comfort.

Three colors do all the work: ink, a white ground with warm off-white surfaces, and one gold accent used sparingly. The blue belongs to the book.
